Good for you, but it's different for girls. They have an incentive to remain in the cult, and are attacked if they leave.

OK, so basically girls/wo-MEN have NO agency?

Yes they have AGENCY to leave the cult, but they have no INCENTIVE to leave the cult. It's very comfortable for most women, and gives them power over men. Why would any woman leave? Unless they care about justice for men, like Janice and Bettina, there's no apparent reason to leave.

True. Self-interest may capture them.

Don't forget too that the cult seeks to frighten girls into staying, by demonizing men and boys as dangerous misogynists. Hence their current narrative about Andrew Tate, and his legions of radicalized schoolboys terrifying and intimidating female teachers and students in classrooms across Australia!

Lies further their agenda. Without lies what would they have because their ideas suck!

Fascinating discussion about moral accountability and agency. I think some women are born into the cult, but many choose it because it is very appealing. Who doesn't want to be treated like a 16 year old girl, praised for her achievements, forever absolved from blame, able to run to daddy whenever anything goes wrong, but also able to dictate to daddy what he must and mustn't do. Able to demand, "I need my independence!" but also "You have to protect me!" Never to be criticized, always loved, never punished, always encouraged and sympathized with.

Well, not everyone. My dad loved me and held me accountable at the same time. Some women choose moral maturity, but many prefer sanctified adolescence their whole lives.
