I think the physical aggression of women is handled sufficiently in our societies, it is at least not our biggest problem.

The primary problem imho is that emitting empathy triggers the reward centers of many females. It could be that the action of being empathic gives the kick or the (imagined) gratitude for her role that releases the dopamine. (Which is an interesting question in itself, I lean to the latter after seeing Barbieland.)

We are trained to think empathy is good because in the private sphere it is a crucial mechanism to keep our families and communities thriving. In the small, the empath has direct feedback from the target and cannot easily shield herself from the other people around her. Lack of resources will limit the effectiveness of emotional manipulation by the target and largely prevents ignoring other legitimate needs. When the mother pays too much attention to the wounded cat, the baby will just cry louder.

In the public sphere these important feedback loops are gone; this makes empathy go toxic. When a woman identifies an empathic case, it is very hard for her to not apply ALL resources to that one case to minimize the suffering. If you're in a position of power, then the amount of applied resources can be significant and will reduce the resources available for other needs that are not in the spotlight. Worse, the targets are heavily incentivized to modify their behavior to induce more empathy. (Victimhood)

In the public sphere, you almost always need to make harsh trade offs between different interests. Empathy is then more often than not directly in the way of justice, compassion, and fairness; empathy can even increase the suffering. The NGO boats that shuttle illegal immigrants from Africa to Europe are partly responsible for inducing illegal immigrants to make the dangerous journey but the female captain of the boat will get her dopamine reward if she saves them from the Mediterranean.

As I said in the original post, we men tend learn early that that our physical strength can be used wrongly. Our forefathers installed systems to handle when our strengths go toxic, which actually enabled women to enter the public space.

Our foremothers never had their emotional incontinence go toxic so we lack a corresponding mitigating system for women. We actually never even tell girls that their empathy can become toxic.
