Thank you, Brad, yes, I have read it and indeed enjoyed it, though I had some reservations about it too (and am now searching my wooly brain to see if I can remember what they were, so forgive the simplicity of what I'm about to say). As someone who suffered from acute acne as an adolescent, and even well into adulthood, I was a little unsure about the equation he made between mental stability and physical beauty. Many very attractive women, of course, become feminists. Also, many men were persecuted and killed during the witch hysteria (I'm no expert, but I've read, even, that the numbers of men and women killed were sometimes roughly equal, depending on region). But overall, I thought his thesis about the connection between feminism and mental illness--and the destruction of civilization--was potent and well worth pursuing.
You could always contact Ed, he's nearly always accepting of webcam interviews, to ask those question, he's very easy to get along with. Perhaps upload the interview on Studio Brule's Youtube channel, I would like to see it myself.
I think his argument about attractive women (more feminine), if I can remember, was that they're higher in group-cooperation (conformity) and the less attractive women (more masculine) become the head girl of the group who influences the female group to accept feminist philosophy instead of adapting to patriarchal norms. Once this become the dominant culture, women conform to it. This is reflected in how when Christianity was a dominant religion in the west, women were more right wing than men. Now that leftism is the dominant ideology, more women are left wing and men have gone in the opposite direction: more right wing.
What do you think about the part that women are undermining academia and pushing out the male genius? It makes me wonder if that increasing bureaucratic state of universities acted as an incentive to attract more women to universities, since women naturally gravitate to resources. Noah Carl had also made similar arguments that women are undermining academia. He showed that women are generally less supportive of free speech: https://noahcarl.substack.com/p/did-women-in-academia-cause-wokeness
What I found most surprising is that this feminist parallels happened in the Roman Empire. There were taxation laws that discriminated against men. Roman women became intolerant that the Roman men opted to marry ex-slaves, which, in a way, reminds me of MGTOW. I'm not MGTOW, but I do share similar views in regards to modern women. Most modern women (especially millennials and Gen Z) are not prepared to be wives and mothers. Mothers used to play a crucial role in ensuring the daughters were marriable. Now, that's no longer the case because mothers are now working instead of taking care of children and being a role model to their daughter(s). They've now started to dress more like men, opting for pants/jeans/shorts as opposed to dress/skirts, which, of course, a similar thing happened Rome and Baghdad. I cannot think of a more apparent visual decline in gender role. Even the hats that men and women wore prior to the 1960s were gender specific. This decline is an emphasis on individualism and rejection of traditional values. Modern women increasingly seem to treat their boyfriend/husband as girlfriends, they no longer know how to treat and respect men.
It is now reported that women are the fastest growing group in suicide rates, despite having support programs and funding that hugely favours them and discriminate men. Many of these places push men away. Increasingly, I'm seeing more headlines of unmarried and childless women committing suicide. It's hard to tell if they'll surpass men's suicide rates. While things are bad for men, but I do suspect in the next 20-30 years it'll end up being worse for women than men. What do you think will happen?
Sorry to be so slow in replying! I absolutely agree about the decline of geniuses in academia and women's greater conformism and conventionality. I am wary of predicting future trends. I don't disagree with much of your analysis, though I would caution that reports about women being the "fastest growing group in suicide rates" is almost certainly misleading, given that men commit suicide at roughly 4X the rate of women (and in certain age brackets even higher). Whenever one demographic group is vastly underrepresented, any increase in that group's numbers, even a small increase, can be made to look proportionally large and alarming. Of course women will be harmed, at least indirectly, as men are harmed and families deteriorate. What strikes me about women's situation is that women still have choices and a good deal of social support; whatever they do tends to be applauded by the society at large. If a woman decides to go for the CEO position, that's great. If she wants to work part-time because she doesn't want to be a slave to her work, that's fine too. If she wants to devote herself to her children, that's fine also. Motherhood is still highly respected (alas, the same cannot be said for fatherhood). Being told every day that one is courageous and marvelous does have its moral hazard, but it is better than being told that one is useless and toxic. I'm more worried about men than about women right now; long term, things don't look good for either.
Thanks for your response. Yes, it true that are such double standards that persists. A great example is the covid pandemic. There were some people on social were overly glorifying a 16 year girl for standing up the teachers for the mask mandate and saying, "she's braver than most men". They somehow overlooked that it was overwhelmingly men who took the risky option to protest the vaccine mandate: Canadian Truckers convoy, the huge protest, which broke out as a low level riot in Australia, a man in America who absolutely refused to close down the gym and he incurred several fines, even doctors who spoke out against the immoral implementation of the mandate were mostly men. Women are praised more for doing less, whereas men are mostly not recognized for their contribution.
I'm not even sure if believe in equality of opportunity. The influx of women into workplace has been disastrous and changed the culture for worse. I often wonder if housewives acted as a natural barrier that prevented too many women from dominating an occupation, such as teaching, which puts boys at a disadvantage.
Patriarchy, as describe in Edward Dutton's book, is the natural order of civilsation.
I think the problem is that university professors are unionized. Unions have become inseparably intertwined with feminist ideology and Marxist ideology. For example the student protests at U of T against Warren Farrell were endorsed by the union. Consequently the unionized university workforce gives a place of prominence to women's studies as it enforces their ideology. We need strict laws that prohibit unionized educational work forces such as university professors and teachers from promoting in any way union ideologies such as feminism.
Unions in an educational setting should be strictly confined to collective bargaining. If they want to promote ideologies they should only be permitted to do it through a registered political party such as the NDP.
I purchased your subscription because I have far more confidence in a woman defending men's rights than men themselves. Men are cowards when their reputations are a stake, and they sound pathetic in their efforts to defend their reputations, particularly in a sexual misconduct scandal. Just as men protected women from physical dangers throughout history, I think the time has come when women need to protect men from the social and psychological dangers of a democratic socialist society. I strongly endorse female leadership now, but it's got to be the right kind of leadership. One that has a higher moral vision to see that innocent people can be accused and convicted of crimes, and that even the guilty can be given grace, forgiveness and redemption. Women like you can give legions of men hope!
This is a very disturbing situation, when even opponents of feminism are afraid to speak the full truth.
As I read the list of suggestions, I was thinking that they're no help if the woman lies. One sad outcome of the continued expansion of the category of sex crime is that it creates such a huge pool it undermines the usefulness of sex offender registries.
Have you read 'Witches, Feminism and The Fall of The West' by Edward Dutton? Some eye opening stuff in that book. I highly recommend.

Sorry I didn't know you were an Evolutionary Scientist, guess that makes you the valid one, right?
Then I can't say because because I haven't read those mentioned books, but I won't be taking your words for it either.
But hey even Jordan Peterson said ridiculous things every now and then. No one's perfect.
Edit:
BTW, I looked up if he wrote a book called, "Ethnocentricity", he hasn't. I guess you're not so valid after all.
Appreciate the precision of your always welcome analysis!
Thank you muchly!

Never thought of it quite that way!
