According to the National Commission for Human Rights, studies indicate that between 70-90% of Pakistani women experience some form of domestic abuse. I do not believe this can be categorized pro forma under widespread male violence but is an issue relevant to most if not all Muslim nations. The spirit of decency is a Western phenomenon, now under threat by both Islam and Feminism.
