There was no mention of the underrepresentation of young men on college campuses, although the college recruiters did point out how racially diverse their colleges are. Also, I noted that only one of the eight college recruiters was male. If this were any other class of students we'd be talking about "systemic" discrimination instead of telling the underrepresented group to step up.
